So, upon the suggestion of a friend I am thinking of perhaps doing some kind  of video blog entry … said friends suggestions was that of people asking me  to do things (please at least be sort of kind) in return for donations. what can I do to make you donate, and how much will you  donate for this act (with video evidence of course.) Having just moved to London currently working for various companies and hoping to find a secure and enjoyable career path.

It is inherently likely that I will end up needing to train both of these days in order to reach the finishing line in 4 1/2 months time. Pretty pretty please … and you can all basque in the utter drunken tomfoolery that will be me after the race. Having just moved to London currently working for various companies and hoping to find a secure and enjoyable career path. I have decided to compete in the London Triathlon 2011 two-fold really, one being to raise money for a great cause and the other to basically get fit in a somewhat less conventional manner. The gym as a means to a goal just wasn’t for me … I prefer sportshobbies and found that being in London as opposed to at university, I missed such goal driven, competitiveness in my life … and perhaps the old fitness levels were suffering as a result.

Wednesday‘s gym session is weights, aiming to build up my core strengths to aid me with each three disciplines and fend off any injury. I then tend to train either Friday or Sunday when I work on what i feel was my weakest session of the week.
So my  question is ..
